TAHZINDONG is a non-profit and non-government voluntary development organization aims to ensure the environmental and Socio-economic development. The organization started its journey in 2001. TAHZINGDONG strives to empower the most disadvantage, marginalized and vulnerable people in CHT through alternative development process of the people as well as ensure the sustainable development of community and society.

TAHZINGDONG is looking for suitable candidates for an immediate appointment to Supporting end-to-end Landslide Early Warning and Anticipatory Action in Bangladesh project supported by Caritas Bangladesh funded by START NETWORK & SCCF.

Educational Qualification

Graduate equivalent degree from any reputed College/Universi ty. or

Educational qualifications may be flexible for experienced, skilled highly & competent candidates.

Required Experience

At least 3 years’ experience in development/DRR sector in particular DRR project would be an added advantage.

Good understanding and respect with diversified communities of CHT.

Coordination, community engagement, mobilization and relationship building skills.

Networking, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Efficiency using smart phone for data collection, GPS locations through Apps.

Organizing and facilitation skills

Ability to travel and work in remote areas of hilly area able to drive Motorcycle and have valid driving license or in process will priority.

Permanent resident of Lama upazila will be given priority in the recruitment.

Benefits and others

25,000 BDT (monthly consolidated salary) and other admissible benefit.

Duration:

3 months
